The Scale of Diet for Chinese and Coloured Prisoners given at Rule 321 of the Rules and Regulations made on the 18th November, 1885, and amended by Order of the Governor in Council dated the 10th February, 1886, is hereby cancelled, and the following Scale is substituted in lieu thereof:-
